Full Stack Engineer (Mid-Level)

Role overview

Full Stack Engineer (Mid-Level) for a long-term healthcare modernization project. You’ll design and ship full-stack applications that improve interoperability, quality of care, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship full-stack web applications using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and Node.js
• Architect scalable microservices deployed on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to define and deliver features
• Improve performance by identifying bottlenecks and squashing bugs
• Write clean, maintainable code; participate in code reviews and help automate best practices
• Mentor junior developers and share engineering knowledge
• Influence technical decisions and contribute to engineering best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years building full-stack applications with Java, Angular, JavaScript, Spring Boot, and microservices
• Hands-on experience with UI frameworks (Angular, Vue.js, jQuery, etc.)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or AWS-managed databases
• DevOps fluency with Git, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, and JUnit
• Experience implementing SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs
• Deep knowledge of software development principles and best practices
• Agile/SDLC experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Comfort with mentoring and automation to raise team quality
