Full Stack Engineer

Role: Full Stack Engineer (2 openings)

Build and scale the company’s AI agent product end to end, using a TypeScript-first stack across backend and frontend.

Two role variants

• Generalist Full-Stack: Own backend architecture, data schema design, and frontend work across core product features.
• Integrations-Focused: Build and scale the connector layer between the platform and industry tools (e.g., Procore, Autodesk, Egnyte).
  • Implement read/write integrations, authentication patterns, and data synchronization
  • Build scheduled workers for ongoing sync and background jobs

Tech Stack (TypeScript throughout)

• TypeScript
• Node.js + Express (backend)
• React (frontend)
• Relational and non-relational databases
• Third-party API integrations (for integrations role)

Responsibilities

• Deliver real product decisions and features (not just tickets)
• Take ownership of system design and architecture
• Collaborate closely with a direct, collaborative team
• For integrations role: ensure reliable, secure data flow between the platform and external tools

Requirements

• 8–10 years of commercial experience (or strong profiles from 6+ years)
• Demonstrated TypeScript depth and repeated use in production
• Production experience with React and Node.js
• Evidence of ownership (examples of what you drove)
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Startup/scale-up background (preferred for pace/autonomy fit)

Nice to have

• Construction tech experience is not required; interest in the problem is what matters
