Role overview

Join ONE’s Lending team as a Staff Full Stack Engineer (Lending). You’ll lead the design and delivery of high-impact projects that power the lending platform at scale, providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers across the team.

Key missions

Lead the design and delivery of technically complex projects for the lending platform.
Drive optimization and hyper-optimization of lending systems.
Provide technical leadership and clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
Mentor engineers and promote best practices in architecture, code quality, and scalability.

Responsibilities / scope

Influence architecture and product direction through strong technical leadership.
Build and scale distributed systems, high-throughput APIs, and data-intensive services.
Design systems with reliability, security, and performance in mind.

Requirements

Deep expertise in scaling distributed systems and data-intensive services.
Experience building high-throughput APIs.
Exceptional technical leadership and communication skills.
Strong full-stack capability with backend architecture fluency and modern frontend framework experience.

Nice to have

Experience in payments, lending, or other regulated consumer finance domains.
