About the role

Full Stack Engineer

Build and scale Kaizen Generative Technology’s fintech platform, partnering with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reusable, reliable code using TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and tRPC
Backend development with Prisma and MySQL for robust data management and seamless frontend integration
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams
Optimize performance by identifying bottlenecks and bugs and improving user experience
Innovate across the lifecycle, driving adoption of modern technologies and best practices
Security focus: maintain application security and data integrity for sensitive user data
Continuous improvement through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

Strong experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and tRPC
Prisma and MySQL familiarity is required
Ability to solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset
Security-minded understanding of securing web applications
Eagerness to learn and continuous improvement mindset
