About the role

Full Stack Engineer

Build and scale Kaizen Generative Technology’s fintech platform, working across the full application lifecycle with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and tRPC
Backend development with Prisma and MySQL to manage data and integrate with the frontend
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions
Optimize performance by identifying bottlenecks and bugs and implementing improvements
Innovate across the development lifecycle; help adopt modern technologies and best practices
Security focus: maintain application security and data integrity for sensitive user data
Continuous improvement through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

Strong experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and tRPC
Prisma and MySQL familiarity is a must
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose innovative solutions
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
Security-minded approach to securing web applications
