About the role

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer at Intelligems, you’ll contribute from day one across the company’s stack. You’ll help build experimentation capabilities, integrations, and improve complex user flows in a lean engineering team with close collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver features end-to-end, from ideation through delivery
Build and enhance core experimentation capabilities and related product features
Design and implement integrations and rework user flows
Work through implementation details including schema and API design and UI polish
Collaborate closely with product, design, and non-technical teams (e.g., sales, support, success)
Maintain customer empathy and incorporate the customer perspective into micro design decisions

Requirements

Experience owning product/feature development from ideation to delivery
Ability to manage many moving pieces and hold substantial context
Strong fit for an environment grounded in exploration, learning, and experimentation
Deep expertise in one or more areas and a willingness to learn and try different approaches
Customer empathy and commitment to customer success
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to be independent

Plugins: Compiled client-side JavaScript written in TypeScript
Analytics/Events: AWS EventBridge, Kinesis, Flink, Kafka, ClickHouse
