About the role

Role overview

Founding Full Stack Engineer (AI Agents) to help build multimodal healthcare AI agents at an early stage. You will own products end-to-end while working closely with founders and healthcare operators.

Responsibilities

Build and ship multimodal AI agents using browser, voice, text, and APIs
Work with healthcare operators to deploy solutions and drive real financial impact
Design evaluation systems to continuously improve agent performance
Help define agent platform strategy across customers
Build core infrastructure for agent operations, including:
- Context and memory
- Orchestration
- Evals
Own products end-to-end as a founding engineer (hands-on IC)

Requirements

1–5 years as a full-stack or product engineer
Must have experience in FAANG and/or a VC-backed startup
Strong experience shipping real products end-to-end
Strong in Python or TypeScript plus cloud
Experience with LLMs, voice AI, or agent systems
Customer-facing mindset and high ownership
Currently a hands-on IC (not people management)

Nice-to-haves / preferences

Background at a recognizable company or strong startup equivalent

Logistics / other

Expected to travel bi-monthly for meetings in SF
