About the role

Role Overview

You will work as a Full Stack Engineer to help train AI models. Your focus will be on measuring progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to improve overall model quality.

Responsibilities

Create coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate the model outputs
Assess AI-generated results for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems (e.g., similar to LeetCode/HackerRank) and explain how your solutions work

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language, specifically Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems and clearly explain why solutions work
Strong algorithms and data structures knowledge
Experience with debugging workflows
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach

Nice to Haves

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed), preferred but not required

Compensation & Logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract work paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
