About the role
Role overview
As a Full Stack Engineer at DataAnnotation, you will help train and improve AI models (AI chatbots). You’ll evaluate chatbot outputs, measure progress, and solve coding problems that support model quality.
Responsibilities
- Create and give AI chatbots coding challenges
- Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
- Solve and debug coding problems to improve model outcomes
- Explain how your solutions address each problem
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
- Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain your approach
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented with strong algorithms, data structures, and debugging skills
Preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed)
Contract & work details
- Remote (full-time or part-time)
- Independent contract position
- Choose your own schedule and projects
- Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
