About the role
Role: Full Stack Engineer
Build and scale end-to-end full-stack applications that support everyday business operations.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust full-stack applications across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Translate product requirements into clean, scalable, well-documented code
- Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and engineers to ship features end-to-end, with focus on performance, reliability, and security
- Own major components/services, including:
- Design reviews
- Testing strategies
- Deployment plans
- Implement modern frontend architectures using React/Vue/Svelte
- Build scalable backend services using Node.js and/or Python/Go/Rust/Java
- Develop RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
- Manage data modeling, migrations, and database optimization (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Ensure data integrity
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience (or equivalent) with a strong portfolio of shipped products
- Proficiency in a modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Svelte) and strong UI/UX understanding
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering (a plus; not strictly required)
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary: $225,000–$275,000 USD/year (W2 or 1099), commensurate with experience
