Full Stack Engineer

Role overview

You’ll be a hands-on Full Stack Engineer (individual contributor) working with an engineering team led by a Technical Lead. You’ll own meaningful features end-to-end, from data model and API design through UI implementation and production readiness, while contributing to maintenance of existing applications.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end: data modeling → API design → UI implementation → production readiness
• Design, build, test, review, and improve software for a modern product platform
• Contribute to new product development and maintenance/enhancement of existing apps
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Collaborate on problem solving and help uphold a high engineering bar
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and improve quality, reliability, and scalability
• Use AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) as a force multiplier

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience across the full SDLC
• Growing autonomy: able to scope/break down well-defined work, drive features to completion, and know when to escalate
• Comfort participating in code reviews and technical discussions; provide/receive feedback constructively and support less-experienced engineers
• 2+ years building/scaling/maintaining form-driven or workflow-driven products (e.g., dynamic form builders, application/intake platforms, low-code/no-code configuration)
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent combination of education and practical experience)
