Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for a remote-first, high-impact team building and optimizing user-facing experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and long-term retention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end features across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Design, build, test, and deploy features for:
  • Mobile: React Native
  • Web: Vue.js
  • Backend services
• Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to translate business goals into scalable solutions
• Support growth initiatives such as user acquisition, onboarding, and engagement
  • including experimentation and A/B Testing and funnel optimization
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentorship
• Integrate and maintain third-party analytics/tracking/user-engagement tools
• Improve performance, reliability, and development workflows

Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience across frontend, mobile, and backend systems
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Vue.js (web)
  • React Native (mobile)
• Backend proficiency with Ruby and/or TypeScript (preferred TypeScript)
• Experience building and scaling user-facing applications with a focus on performance and usability
• Strong database fundamentals, including database design and query optimization with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Experience with cloud environments and containerized systems (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) (a plus)
• Familiarity with analytics/experimentation/customer-data tooling (helpful)
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile environments with modern CI/CD practices
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven track record of delivering production-ready code; experience contributing to cross-functional product teams

• Cloud + container experience (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Analytics and customer data tooling experience
