Join Float as a Full Stack Developer to build and evolve end-to-end product features used by thousands of Canadian businesses. You’ll work across the backend, frontend, and APIs, partnering with Product and Design to deliver simple, intuitive user experiences.
Key missions
- Build and evolve product functionalities end-to-end (backend, frontend, APIs).
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design to ship user-focused experiences.
- Own features in production, iterating on reliability and improving them over time.
Requirements
- Full-stack capability in a modern web environment (backend, frontend, and APIs).
- Ownership mindset for features in production.
- Strong product and customer intuition; care about what you build and why.
- Curiosity and adaptability; continuous improvement mindset.
Nice-to-haves / bonus
- Experience with Python/Django.
- Experience with TypeScript/React.
- Experience with AWS or fintech products.
