Full-stack Developer, Web & Mobile at Springboard Collaborative. You will build and deliver high-quality web and mobile experiences, ensuring software meets user needs and exceeds expectations. The role is remote and requires candidates to reside in the U.S.
Responsibilities (first-year priorities)
- Increase automated test coverage to 90% for critical parts of the application, focusing on bug-prone areas.
- Integrate crash and performance monitoring tools to track and reduce unexpected mobile app behavior in real time.
- Lead strategy development for at least one significant mobile feature.
- Collaborate to build, test, and release three core features involving:
- React (web frontend)
- React Native (mobile)
- Establish a performance baseline and improve key metrics by 15%, such as:
- Reducing app load times
- Improving backend request efficiency
Reporting & team
- Reports to the Director, Engineering & Quality Assurance.
- Part of the Products & Services Team.
