Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Full Stack Developer (W2) — 100% remote (U.S.) contract. You’ll join the engineering team to design, build, and maintain scalable applications across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and production AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and Python
• Architect backend services and RESTful APIs
• Design cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered features into applications
• Implement DevOps best practices including CI/CD, deployment automation, and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Perform code reviews and maintain engineering best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and support continuous learning

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional full-stack development experience
• Hands-on experience with: React.js, Node.js, Python
• Strong system design and software architecture skills for scalable applications
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native solutions
• Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and API architecture
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
• Practical production experience implementing AI/LLM solutions
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• High EQ, humility, and a team-first mindset
