Full Stack Developer

Role

Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (Contract) Design, develop, and modernize enterprise-grade school support applications that improve operational efficiency and user experience. You’ll build and maintain web applications, APIs, and database solutions, partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support modern web applications, APIs, and backend services using Microsoft technologies
• Gather requirements and propose scalable, maintainable technical solutions
• Lead application architecture and system/database design (including testing and deployment)
• Build and enhance enrollment and school support applications for evolving business needs
• Troubleshoot production issues across development, testing, and production environments
• Participate in code reviews and enforce software engineering best practices
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and implementation guides
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule
• Support continuous improvement and application modernization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years building complex .NET web applications and APIs
• 5+ years with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, Angular, and REST/SOAP web services
• 3+ years with JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3
• 3+ years with Entity Framework and SQL Server
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience supporting K-12 or school-based applications

• Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL
• TypeScript and Node.js
• SSRS and SSIS
• Microservices architecture
• Azure or AWS cloud environments

Contract Compensation

• $75–$85 per hour (base range; depends on experience and location)
