Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

You’ll join a mission-driven product team and work in a truly full-stack capacity—having influence across the stack from database to DevOps. The client operates with an Agile/Scrum delivery model and emphasizes clean code, collaboration, and incremental delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across the full stack, ensuring smooth integration between frontend and backend
• Architect scalable solutions for high-volume traffic and very large datasets
• Participate in pair programming, code reviews, and automated testing
• Contribute to AWS infrastructure and optimize CI/CD pipelines (depending on experience)
• Continuously improve product UX and system performance with proactive suggestions
• Support broader growth into requirements gathering, research, and project management

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial full-stack development experience
• Frontend experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, plus Vue.js or React or Angular
• Experience with 2 of: Java, C#, Python, Ruby, Golang (or another OOP language you can switch to)
• Experience in a cloud environment
• Strong learning mindset and a “right tool for the job” approach
• Team-oriented mindset with constructive collaboration
• Motivation to build software with tangible positive impact in health/social care
