Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Simple Mining is hiring a Full-Stack Developer to own features end-to-end across its internal platform, spanning the frontend, backend APIs, and data layer in a monorepo.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship internal tools powering mining operations (e.g., marketplace listings, mining calculators)
• Develop hosting/repair ticketing, inventory, billing, and infrastructure dashboards
• Design and implement REST/HTTP (or RPC-style) API contracts with validation and error handling
• Model and manage data using SQL/ORM, including migrations and relationships
• Create reusable, accessible UI components using a shared design system
• Handle async state, loading/errors, and cache invalidation (e.g., with React Query)

Requirements (Core Stack)

• TypeScript (strict typing, generics, type-safe APIs)
• React 19 (components, hooks, modern patterns; Server Components where applicable)
• Next.js frontend (also mentions Vite)
• Node.js 22+ for APIs/tooling
• Docker for packaging applications
• pnpm workspaces with a monorepo managed via Turborepo
• React Router via TanStack Router
• TanStack Query (React Query) and TanStack Form / React Hook Form
• Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Hono (or similar lightweight Node framework), routing, middleware
• Drizzle ORM with PostgreSQL
• ESLint and Prettier

Nice to Have

• AWS, BigQuery, Trigger.dev (or similar)
• PostHog (or similar)
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) design/development experience
