About the role
Role Overview
Joveo AI is hiring a Full Stack Developer (Remote) to own both frontend and backend infrastructure for features across its recruitment platform. You’ll work end-to-end—from pixel-perfect UI to scalable APIs—and ship improvements that impact how employers and job seekers connect.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Develop scalable backend APIs using REST and/or GraphQL
- Architect database schemas and manage data access layers
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for web experiences
- Collaborate with product designers to implement intuitive user experiences
- Monitor, debug, and optimize system performance across the stack
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Python, or similar server-side languages
- Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases
- Understanding of REST and/or GraphQL API design patterns
- Familiarity with cloud deployment, CI/CD, and containerization basics
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of features
