About the role
Role Overview
You’ll build and scale modern web applications end-to-end in a collaborative, product-driven environment. You’ll work across the frontend (React) and the backend (Node.js, Python, or Go), owning features from design through deployment.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, accessible UIs using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Design and implement APIs with Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or Go
- Model data and optimize queries using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
- Deploy services on AWS, GCP, or Vercel with CI/CD
- Collaborate with product and design to ship features on a regular cadence
- Debug, monitor, and improve application performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong React experience (hooks, context, state management)
- Proficiency in at least one backend language: Node.js, Python, or Go
- Comfortable with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience designing REST or GraphQL APIs
- Strong written communication for async collaboration
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Next.js (or Remix) and similar meta-frameworks
- Exposure to LLMs or AI-powered feature integration
- Serverless/edge functions or microservices experience
- Domain experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce
- Familiarity with Tailwind, shadcn/ui, or design systems
