Role Overview

Full Stack Developer (React/Node) for a healthcare startup with a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a remote position supporting the East Coast.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend)
Build scalable, secure, high-performing solutions for a healthcare environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features aligned with business and user needs
Contribute to architecture decisions and improve system performance and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack in a timely manner

Qualifications

5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in React and Node.js
Experience in both startup/small company settings and enterprise organizations
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or related field
Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable system design

Compensation

$160,000 – $180,000 salary (depending on experience)
Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and sick leave (as required by law)
