About the role

Role Overview

Quantiphi is hiring a Full Stack Software Developer (5–10 yrs) to design and build scalable, high-performance applications powering Agentic AI platforms. You will lead API-first development across the stack, from backend microservices to modern frontend experiences, and collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate LLM workflows into production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities

Build full stack applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js (frontend) and Python (FastAPI) and/or Node.js (backend)
Architect and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices with strong versioning and backward compatibility
Develop distributed systems using event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and asynchronous processing
Implement LLM-powered applications including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and tool-calling frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
Partner with AI/ML teams to integrate model serving platforms and orchestrate multi-agent systems
Add real-time capabilities using WebSockets, SSE, or streaming frameworks
Maintain high engineering standards with TDD/BDD, automated testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on GCP and/or Azure using Docker (and related cloud tooling)

Requirements

5–10 years of experience as a software/full stack engineer
Strong full stack development with React + TypeScript + Next.js and backend expertise in Python (FastAPI) and/or Node.js
Experience designing API-first, distributed, microservices-based systems
Hands-on experience integrating LLM-driven workflows (including RAG / agentic systems)
Proficiency with event-driven/distributed systems and real-time streaming patterns
Experience with testing (TDD/BDD) and CI/CD
Cloud deployment experience on GCP and/or Azure and containerization with Docker
