Role Overview

Join a remote team as a Full Stack Developer (Python, Django). You’ll build and maintain scalable web applications that support clients’ success, collaborating with designers and frontend developers to deliver responsive, user-friendly experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Django with strong code quality and performance
• Create and optimize querysets using Django ORM for efficient data access and manipulation
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and frontend developers to implement and improve features
• Contribute to frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery
• Deploy and manage applications on Ubuntu servers (stability and security)
• Perform testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues
• Design/prototype features using Figma, focusing on reusable components and maintainability
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share knowledge/documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience building web applications with Python and Django
• Strong expertise generating efficient Django ORM querysets
• Solid frontend understanding: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap 3+, and jQuery
• Hands-on experience with Ubuntu server environments and application deployment
• Ability to test, debug, and optimize performance
• English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality solutions

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GraphQL (Graphene)
• Experience in hospitality/tourism and familiarity with React Native
