Full Stack Developer -Python

Role Overview

Join a remote team as a Full Stack Developer (Python) to design, develop, and deploy robust production systems. You will work across the stack, with a primary focus on Zara, an AI Recruiter agent, enhancing intelligent workflows and scaling them reliably in production.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, high-performance backend APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop and improve frontend interfaces with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents into the platform, including feedback systems and AI-assisted workflows.
• Implement concurrency patterns and optimize backend performance for responsiveness and scalability.
• Write and debug SQL queries and contribute to data modeling for integrity and reliability.
• Improve platform scalability, performance, and reliability across frontend and backend.
• Maintain clean, modular, well-documented code and follow engineering best practices.
• Debug/troubleshoot issues to ensure stability and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• Proven experience building frontend applications with React; familiarity with Next.js and TypeScript is a plus.
• Strong backend development experience with Python, ideally FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of Python, including asynchronous programming and performance optimization.
• Experience writing/debugging SQL queries and data modeling.
• Ability to build maintainable UI systems using Tailwind CSS (or similar).
• Knowledge of APIs and service-oriented architectures, with cloud experience such as AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ownership mindset and eagerness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience specifically integrating AI/LLM workflows into production systems.
