Full Stack Developer (PHP, React, MySQL)

Role overview

Full Stack Developer to build and maintain a healthcare-focused HR-tech product for job matching and hiring. You’ll work closely with the CPO and a Senior software engineer, contributing across the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features using PHP (Laravel), React, MySQL, and Inertia.js
• Collaborate with the product team to build modern, responsive, high-performance user interfaces
• Optimize code for scalability, speed, and stability
• Participate in all phases of development: idea, design, development, testing, release
• Maintain high code quality and contribute to automation of development processes

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a full stack developer
• Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel), JavaScript, React, and MySQL
• Ability to write clean, scalable, well-documented code
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to keep learning
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proactive mindset, teamwork, and good communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience studying or working abroad
• Excellent English (or another language)
• Interest in AI, Machine Learning, and advanced automation

Compensation
