Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Optomi (partnering with a retail client) is seeking a Full Stack Developer. The role is 100% remote and focuses on full-stack development, cloud architecture, and building GenAI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver end-to-end software products across frontend, backend, and data layers
• Architect and implement enterprise-scale/global solutions
• Design and develop secure, scalable, cost-optimized cloud applications
• Build or integrate GenAI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and prompt engineering)

Required Skills

Full Stack

• Solid experience with at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, etc.)
• Experience with at least one backend stack (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.)
• Database experience (RDS and/or NoSQL)

Solution Architecture

• Experience solutioning enterprise-scale or global products

Cloud

• AWS or Azure experience architecting scalable, secure, cost-optimized cloud applications
• Strong understanding of leveraging cloud technologies for different use cases

GenAI

• Hands-on experience building or integrating GenAI solutions, including:
  • LLMs
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • AI agents
  • Prompt engineering
• Applied in real-world projects

Nice to Have

• Data Science / AI-ML: foundational ML/statistical knowledge and experience building/deploying ML models
• Palantir Foundry: familiarity with pipelines, ontologies, AIP logic/agents, and custom widget development
