Full-Stack Developer — .NET + React + Azure — Remote (US)

Role overview

You’ll work as a full-stack developer who takes problems like an owner: pick items from the backlog, ask the right questions, build the solution, and ship. The team is small, so you’ll handle everything from product features to debugging production issues and occasional infra/ops work.

What you’ll do

• Ship a couple of features and fix bugs each week
• Debug production issues, including Azure Functions timeouts
• Review teammates’ PRs
• Push back on product ideas that don’t make sense
• Handle “many hats” work such as:
  • Infra/ops tasks (e.g., broken pipelines)
  • Performance issues (e.g., slow queries)
  • Technical problem-solving beyond pure coding (debugging, customer issues)

Required / key requirements

• 3+ years shipping production code on a similar full-stack stack
• Troubleshoot effectively: read logs, write a repro, consult docs
• Build what’s asked for (not an unnecessary rewrite)
• Comfortable across code, infra, debugging, and customer-facing issues
• Use AI coding tools as part of daily work (not as a novelty)
• Communicate clearly in writing (async-first communication)

• Backend: C# / .NET (including legacy .NET Framework being migrated)
• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, CSS
• Mobile: React Native / Expo
• Data: SQL Server and PostgreSQL (real queries, indexes, execution plans)
• Infra: Azure Functions, App Service, DevOps pipelines, Key Vault

• 100% remote
• US-based
• Full-time
• Slight preference for Las Vegas or Kansas City (not required)
