About the role

Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Developer at Melotech, you’ll help envision and build a high-impact product that combines content and software. You’ll work closely with product managers/strategists and with the founder and technical team to deliver responsive frontend and reliable backend features—while integrating generative AI capabilities into the platform.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain frontend and backend codebases
Build highly responsive user interfaces
Collaborate with product and technical leadership to implement new features quickly and creatively
Integrate generative AI systems into the platform to enhance user experience and support monetization
Translate business needs into technical requirements and implement them in the application
Proactively handle ambiguity and evolving requirements in a startup environment, adapting the technology stack as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)
1–2+ years of full-time full-stack development experience
Proficiency in multiple languages such as JavaScript and Python
Hands-on experience with modern web frameworks such as Vue.js, Nuxt.js, React, or Node.js
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases

Nice to Have

Strong interest in or prior experience with AI, machine learning, or music technology
