Full Stack Developer, Jr.

Role Overview

Full Stack Developer (Jr.) within e.Republic’s DevOps Department. You will develop and maintain brand websites, SaaS applications, and supporting systems, working with cross-functional teams to deliver strong user experiences and reliable system performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy full-stack websites and digital products with high quality and performance
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise business websites across platforms, including custom CMS, BrightSpot, and Salesforce
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Draft and maintain technical documentation (API details, workflows, troubleshooting guides)
• Manage versions and collaborate via GitHub (pull requests, code reviews)
• Troubleshoot website issues and resolve bugs/support tickets for internal stakeholders
• Participate in peer programming, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing
• Support technical planning and feasibility assessments with cross-functional teams
• Balance planning with hands-on development to meet delivery timelines

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack web development experience with PHP
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Experience with MVC frameworks
• Comfortable working in Linux environments
• Ability to write clean, efficient, well-documented code
• Experience with version control, especially GitHub
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable internet connection suitable for remote work

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose
