Full Stack Developer I

Role Overview

Support the design, coding, testing, and deployment of software across the full development lifecycle. Work under close supervision in a collaborative environment, providing documentation and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with designing and implementing software using multiple programming languages
• Test newly developed code
• Document code and follow the company’s processes
• Collaborate with colleagues, managers, vendors, user focus groups, and other stakeholders
• Help evaluate code to ensure it meets industry standards and works across hardware/software
• Work with databases, APIs, servers, networks, and related systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related experience
• 2 years of work experience in IT or engineering
• Strong programming skills across multiple languages
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Good presentation skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work collaboratively

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

• Foundational knowledge of Salesforce (basic configuration, data management, or platform exposure)
• Basic proficiency in Java or similar object-oriented programming languages
• Front-end familiarity with React or Angular (building simple UI components)
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Understanding of API development/integration (REST, JSON/XML)
• Knowledge of software development fundamentals: Git/version control, debugging, basic testing
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with developers, analysts, and QA
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
