About the role

Role Overview

Full Stack Developer to design, build, test, and maintain end-to-end applications across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll translate product requirements into clean, scalable, well-documented code and help ship features with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications (frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure).
  • Convert product requirements into clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features end-to-end.
  • Own major components/services, including design reviews, testing strategies, and deployment plans.
  • Implement modern frontend architectures (e.g., React, Vue, Svelte).
  • Build scalable backend services with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Handle data modeling, migrations, and database optimization for SQL/NoSQL while ensuring data integrity.
  • Partner with DevOps/Platform teams on CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Write technical documentation and contribute to internal best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support a healthy engineering culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience (or equivalent), with a portfolio of shipped products.
  • Proficiency in a modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Svelte) and solid UI/UX understanding.
  • Backend experience with at least one major language: Node.js, Python, Java, Go, Ruby, etc., plus experience building robust APIs.
  • Knowledge of API design, authentication/authorization, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (not required with strong experience).
