Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

BridgePhase is hiring Mid and Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to support a newly awarded USCIS contract under the RIVER Benefits portfolio. This is a remote role in a collaborative Agile/DevOps environment building high-performing applications for United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Responsibilities

• Build and modernize scalable software applications and services supporting USCIS modernization efforts.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable APIs, middleware, and cloud-native services.
• Integrate and modernize complex legacy systems into modern architectures.
• Apply continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
• Contribute to automated testing and test-driven development.
• Collaborate effectively in a badgeless team environment with Government clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with software engineering across modern languages/frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
• Demonstrated experience integrating and modernizing legacy systems via APIs and modern software architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing; familiarity with test-driven development.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative Agile/DevOps culture.
• US Citizenship required (Government client requirement).
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent is highly preferred.
