Full Stack Developer - Backend Focus

Role Overview

Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus) to develop and scale the backend architecture of a health application. The role centers on Python, deep learning, and pose estimation for real-time human movement analysis that supports patient care optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend systems using Python with Django / Flask / FastAPI
• Implement Deep Learning and Computer Vision pipelines using TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Integrate Pose Estimation models into production environments
• Manage and optimize databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Build and deploy applications using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA/GDPR and secure handling of medical data
• Collaborate to improve backend scalability and performance
• Troubleshoot issues, improve resiliency, and automate where possible
• Produce documentation and support best practices

Requirements

• Mastery of Python with hands-on backend experience using Django/Flask/FastAPI
• Proven experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of Computer Vision and Pose Estimation
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Skilled in Docker and deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure
• Knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR and security protocols for health data
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills; good communication and time management

Preferred

• Experience in HealthTech/MedTech platforms
• Experience deploying AI/ML models into production
• Integration experience with medical movement or biomechanical datasets
• Familiarity with CI/CD, microservices, and distributed architecture
