About the role
Role Overview
Join HRM Group as a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain enterprise-level web solutions. You’ll focus on scalable server-side logic, API integration, and modern responsive user interfaces—working closely with cross-functional technical and project management teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise web applications (server-side logic + responsive UI)
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications
- Configure and manage application data, including:
- Creating new data fields
- Managing user roles
- Handling data import/export
- Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to ensure smooth frontend-backend integration
- Maintain and optimize existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement new features based on client needs
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness (desktop + mobile)
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing to uphold quality standards
Requirements
- Solid web development background across frontend and backend
- Strong server-side experience with Java and Spring Framework (including Spring Boot and Spring MVC)
- Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend apps
- Hands-on frontend experience with Angular and/or Vue.js
- Knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, with ability to optimize SQL queries and data structures
- Familiarity with Git
- Good English communication skills (B2–C1) for international collaboration

- Experience with operational workflows such as creating users/groups and administering application data
