Key Missions

  • Own end-to-end analytics workflows: define success metrics, generate insights and hypotheses, and build scalable data models.
  • Improve the developer + analytics lifecycle: uncover bottlenecks, quantify impact, partner with teams to drive alignment, and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Build and maintain analytics foundations: establish best practices for testing, alerting, documentation, and code review to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and trust.
  • Support key business metrics: help identify, organize, and elevate key metrics; contribute to the analytics community.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of analytics workflows and insight generation.
  • Drive process and workflow improvements across analytics and development.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong technical/problem-solving skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional influence.
  • Humility and a team-first mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of A/B testing.
  • Experience with analytics development tools such as Git, Sigma, dbt, Snowflake, Claude Code, and Cursor.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitatively rigorous field (statistics, math, finance, economics) (desired).
