Full Stack AI Engineer - Python/Vue/AI

Role overview

Join an early-stage, fast-growing startup as a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer for a fully remote position. The team of ~5 engineers is building an AI-driven platform that analyzes financial data to uncover hidden cost savings. You’ll own features end-to-end across backend, frontend, AI/LLM integrations, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features from scratch (backend, frontend, and AI integrations)
• Integrate and productionize AI/LLM solutions for practical use cases
• Implement and support cloud and infrastructure components
• Work independently in a fast-paced startup environment and help shape a growing product

Required skills & experience

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong Python backend development experience
• TypeScript plus modern frontend frameworks such as Vue (or React)
• Hands-on experience building and integrating AI/ML or LLM-based solutions
• Experience with AWS
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform (or modern DevOps practices)
• Ability to operate independently on a small team

Nice-to-have

• Experience with LangChain, Pydantic, Claude, or similar AI frameworks
• Startup/0→1 experience
• Background with data-heavy applications/analytics platforms
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
