Frontend Web Developer (Remote)

Role Overview

Contract Frontend Web Developer (Remote) working on responsive web applications that support training of next-generation AI systems. You’ll collaborate with UI/UX, backend, and product teams to deliver high-quality, accessible interfaces used in AI evaluation and reinforcement learning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver user-aligned features
• Convert wireframes and visual designs into interactive, accessible, cross-browser compatible UI
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback; mentor junior developers
• Stay current with frontend trends and improve development practices

Requirements

• Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong understanding of hooks, component lifecycle, and state management
• Experience building and optimizing responsive, cross-browser performant web applications
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling: Webpack, Babel, and testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress
• Ability to translate UI/UX designs into usable, accessible interfaces
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and mentoring within frontend engineering
