Frontend Web Developer (Remote)

Role Overview

Frontend Web Developer (React), Contractor basis — Remote (work from anywhere). You’ll design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications that help train AI systems by powering high-quality, real-world inputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver user-aligned features.
• Convert wireframes and visual designs into interactive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible interfaces.
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay current with frontend trends and improve development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+), including:
  • state management
  • component lifecycle
  • hooks
• Experience optimizing responsive applications for cross-browser compatibility and performance.
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling: Webpack, Babel, and testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
• Ability to translate UI/UX designs into usable, accessible interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
