Frontend Web Developer (Remote)

Role Overview

Frontend Web Developer (Remote) on a contract, part-time basis. You’ll build scalable, intuitive web applications with a remote-first team, collaborating closely with design, product, and backend to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript
• Work with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver solutions
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize for speed and scalability
• Apply frontend best practices, including code reviews and continuous integration (CI)
• Translate complex requirements into clean, efficient, reusable components

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, plus modern frontend build tools
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and scalability
• Experience with code review processes and CI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Contract Details

• Pay: $20–$70/hour
• Work model: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
