About the role

Role overview

You will build data-heavy, single-page web applications with an emphasis on React, visual design, and strong user experience. You’ll collaborate with Product Designers, API Developers, and other Frontend Developers to deliver features end-to-end—from concept and design to deployment and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

Design and implement complex, data-intensive web applications with a seamless UX
Build and enhance UI components for new features, updates, bug fixes, and product launches
Review existing design standards and recommend improvements to boost usability and performance
Stay current with UI/UX and web development trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Backend, API specialists) to deliver cohesive solutions
Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools/technologies to improve efficiency and product quality
Contribute technical insights during feature design
Maintain high code quality via testing, code reviews, and documentation

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development
Strong experience with responsive web design using CSS/SCSS, including cross-browser compatibility and Flexbox
Proficiency building single-page applications using React (or similar JS frameworks)
Solid understanding of Git and version control
Experience with component-driven development and reusable modules
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Willingness to work extra hours to meet deadlines

Nice to have

Experience with Node.js, Docker, and PostgreSQL
