Role overview

Contract Frontend Web Developer focused on HTML and CSS, working remote (work from anywhere). You’ll build responsive, cross-browser user interfaces and collaborate with design teams to turn mockups into pixel-perfect front-end components.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, and related technologies
• Ensure responsive and cross-browser UI behavior across devices
• Collaborate with design teams to implement pixel-perfect UI elements
• Optimize front-end performance and follow accessibility standards
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS with strong semantic markup
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
• Knowledge of browser developer tools for debugging
• Ability to implement designs from Figma, Sketch, or similar

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less) and/or UI frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind)
