About the role
Role Overview
Contract Frontend Web Developer (HTML, CSS) for a remote project. You will build and maintain responsive, cross-browser user interfaces and translate design mockups into functional front-end components.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML and CSS
- Ensure responsive and cross-browser compatibility across devices
- Implement pixel-perfect UI elements in collaboration with design teams
- Optimize front-end performance and follow accessibility standards
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend best practices
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, including semantic markup
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass/LESS) or frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind)
- Working knowledge of browser developer tools for debugging
- Ability to implement designs from Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
Contract Details
- Remote (work from anywhere)
- Pay: $30–$80/hour
