About the role
Role Overview
Join DataAnnotation as a Frontend Web Developer to help train AI models. You will evaluate AI chatbot outputs, assess their logic and quality, and solve coding problems to improve model performance.
Responsibilities
- Create/assign coding challenges for AI chatbots
- Evaluate AI model outputs for correctness and performance
- Analyze and debug responses; explain why your solution works
Requirements
- Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript
- Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style) in one or more of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
- Ability to explain how solutions solve the problems
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented approach
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed)
Contract, Location, and Pay
- Remote position (independent contract)
- US-only applicants
- Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Payment via PayPal
