Role overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Frontend Web Developer to help train and evaluate AI models. You will assess AI chatbot outputs, verify correctness and logic, and solve programming problems to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Create/assign coding challenges for AI chatbots
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Debug and solve coding problems; explain how your solutions work
Assess and improve the quality of AI model responses

Requirements

Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain solutions
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Compensation & logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time)

Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
