About the role
Role Overview
Join the DataAnnotation team as a Frontend Web Developer supporting AI model training. You will help measure and improve AI chatbot performance by evaluating outputs and solving coding problems.
Responsibilities
- Create coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their responses
- Assess AI outputs for correctness and performance
- Solve coding problems and explain how solutions address them
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, specifically Python and/or JavaScript
- Ability to code in one or more of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
- Strong algorithms and data structures knowledge
- Experience with debugging workflows
- Native or bilingual English fluency
- Detail-oriented approach to evaluation and problem solving
Preferred
- Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
Contract & Work Details
- Remote (full-time or part-time)
- Independent contract position
- Pay: up to $60 USD/hour, paid hourly with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
- Payment via PayPal; applicants must be in the United States
