About the role

Role overview

You will work as a Frontend Web Developer supporting the training of AI chatbots. The work focuses on assigning coding challenges, evaluating chatbot outputs for correctness and performance, and iterating solutions to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Create and give AI chatbots coding challenges
Evaluate outputs for correctness and performance
Assess and improve logic quality by solving problems and explaining how your solutions work

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one of:
- Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) and explain how your solution solves them
English fluency (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed)

Contract / work details

Remote: full-time or part-time; you can choose your projects
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
