About the role

Role overview

You will work as a Frontend Web Developer supporting the training of AI chatbots. Your work focuses on measuring chatbot progress, evaluating output quality, and solving coding problems to improve model performance.

Responsibilities

Create and/or deliver coding challenges for AI chatbot responses.
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance.
Assess AI logic and troubleshoot issues to improve model quality.
For each coding solution, be able to explain how it solves the problem.

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language, especially Python and/or JavaScript.
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain your approach.
Detail-oriented with experience in algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
Fluent English (native or bilingual).
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed).

Compensation & work model

Remote (full-time or part-time).
Independent contract position.
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work.
Payment via PayPal; no payment requested from applicants.
Choose projects and your own schedule.
