Role Overview
Frontend Web Developer (Remote) You will help train AI models by running coding challenges and evaluating AI chatbot outputs to improve model quality.
Responsibilities
- Create coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their responses
- Assess AI output quality for correctness and performance
- Solve coding problems and improve evaluation quality based on results
Requirements
- Proficiency in one programming language (strong fit: JavaScript and/or Python)
- Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style) and explain how solutions work
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented working style
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Preferred
- A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
Compensation & Work Details
- Remote (independent contract)
- Choose which projects to work on; work on your own schedule
- Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
- Payment via PayPal
