About the role

Role Overview

You will help train AI models by creating and evaluating coding challenges for AI chatbots. Your work focuses on measuring chatbot progress, assessing their logic, and improving model output quality.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their responses
Assess AI outputs for correctness and performance
Use debugging and problem-solving to improve results
Explain how your solutions solve each coding problem

Qualifications

Proficiency in either Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank style)
Strong attention to detail
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Nice-to-Haves

Experience across multiple programming languages is a plus (not required)

Contract & Location

Independent contract
Remote (US-only)
Hourly projects with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
