About the role
Role Overview
Join DataAnnotation as a Frontend Web Developer to help train AI models. You will review AI chatbot behavior by running coding challenges, evaluating outputs, and troubleshooting to improve model quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbot coding challenges and evaluate their responses
- Assess output correctness and performance
- Solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style) and explain how your solutions work
Requirements
- Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
- Strong ability to solve coding problems using at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift)
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented work style
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed)
Job Details
- Remote (full-time or part-time)

Compensation
- Up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
